Alderbrook Golf and Yacht Club estate has some of the coolest things we've seen (and alot of it). It will end up as two auctions!
Custom made fishing rods and reels, flies and lures.
The largest fly fishing collection of rods, reels and all handmade flies. There are fly tieing supplies to keep you busy for years. All organized and categorized. This estate is a former doll house craftsman that sold across the world. Then turned to wood crafting. We have found boxes of hand made wood rings, brass and bamboo candle sticks, calligraphy pens and ink wells, letter openers and pendants...so far. The next phase of life brought thousands of custom made fishing flies sold online and at shows, and a guided fishing business. These flies remian along with the potential to make thousands more. Many fishing rods and reels. Many hand made reels. This gentleman was a "reel" craftsman. Nautical decor, antique furniture and rugs.
